EXPERIENCE
Because officers of the Club were not trained they would generally be regulatory avoidant.
As the messenger of these things, in the course of the work as instructed I have been:
Threatened with violence.
Told I am too PC.
Yelled at for trying to get the Club to do their fundamental lawful obligations pursuant to:
Eventually apologised to.
This is fairly typical of organisation going through change management and group formation processess.
I would ask that the Club do not shoot the messenger, but rather engage in completing the work to ensure a successful application to the incorporated societies register and to reduce any Club contribution (legal definition) to any future matters.
The Club can do this by fulfilling its fundamental lawful obligations.
