BRIEF

  1. 10 January 2019 the Club was warned by consultants to engage in its fundamental lawful obligations.

  2. The Club failed to do so.

  3. A matter occured (legally privillged now).

  4. As a result of this matter it was evident that:

    1. The Club had not completed any of its fundamental lawful obligations pursuant to:

      1. The Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

      2. The Incorporated Societies Regulations 2023.

      3. Employment Relations Act 2000.

      4. The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

      5. Health and Safety at Work (General Risk and Workplace Management) Regulations 2016.

      6. The principles of natural justice.

      7. The principles of administrative justice (law).

    2. And this was because Officers of the Executive Committee:

      1. Were not trained to meet those fundamental lawful obligations.

      2. Had not read or applied the law or the regulations.
